Gentle therapeutic hands in a calm treatment setting

Kinesiology & Nervous System Support Sessions in Brisbane

These in-person sessions support adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, wired but exhausted, or stuck in long-term stress patterns.

At Well of Harmony, I bring together kinesiology, DORN Method, functional neuro health, and gentle nervous system support to help your body find more safety, regulation, and ease.

Sessions are offered in Alexandra Hills on Brisbane's Redlands Coast.

There is not one "right" way to support a nervous system.

In practice, I draw from kinesiology, functional neuro health, DORN, and body-first nervous system work depending on what your body needs that day.

Each session is tailored to you, your capacity, and the patterns your system is ready to work with.

What these sessions may include

Depending on what your body needs, your session may draw on:

  • kinesiology to identify stress patterns and support regulation
  • DORN Method to support comfort, alignment, and movement in the body
  • functional neuro health tools to support brain-body communication
  • body-first nervous system work to help your system shift out of survival mode

You do not need to know exactly which approach you need before booking. That is something we work out together.

These sessions may be a good fit if you feel

  • overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stretched thin
  • wired but exhausted
  • disconnected from yourself or your body
  • stuck in recurring stress patterns
  • physically tense, guarded, or unable to fully relax
  • like insight alone has not created lasting change

What happens in a session

Each session begins with listening to what is happening in your body and nervous system right now.

From there, I use the combination of kinesiology, DORN Method, functional neuro health, and nervous system support that best fits your capacity and needs on the day.

This work is gentle, practical, and tailored to your system. We do not force change. We help your body feel safe enough to participate in it.

Why I use an integrated approach

I do not separate the work into rigid service categories because your body does not experience stress in separate boxes.

Instead, I integrate kinesiology, DORN Method, functional neuro health, and nervous system support within the one session so the support matches what your system is actually asking for.

Understanding the modalities

Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a body-based approach that uses gentle muscle testing to understand stress patterns, protective responses, and the support your system may need next.

Functional Neuro Health

Functional neuro health looks at how the brain, nervous system, and body are communicating, and can be especially useful when overwhelm, long-term tension, dizziness, visual strain, or poor regulation are affecting how you feel and function.

My training with Nick Moss in Functional Neuro Health fundamentally transformed how I understand the brain-body connection. His framework helps me see patterns of dysregulation that other modalities might miss, and it has become central to how I support clients in finding steadier, more resilient nervous systems.

DORN Method

DORN Method is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports alignment, movement, and comfort in the body, especially where stress and protective holding patterns are involved.

Common questions

What is included in a session?

Your session is tailored to you and may include kinesiology, DORN Method, functional neuro health tools, and nervous system support depending on what your body needs.

Do I need to choose between kinesiology, DORN, and functional neuro health?

No. Your sessions are integrated, which means I draw from the most appropriate tools for your body rather than making you choose a separate service type.

Are sessions for stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation?

Yes. Many people come for support with chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional disconnection, tension, and feeling stuck in survival mode.
