What is nervous system support?+
Nervous system support is a body-first approach that helps your system feel safer, less overwhelmed, and more able to regulate, recover, and respond to life with greater ease.
Do I need to know exactly what is wrong before booking?+
No. Many people come because they feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, tense, or simply unlike themselves. We work together to understand what your body is holding and where to begin.
Do you work with adults, children, or both?+
Yes. I work with both adults and children, though the website and current messaging are now primarily centred around adults seeking body-first nervous system support.
What should I wear to a session?+
Comfortable, loose clothing is ideal. You'll stay fully clothed throughout the session. Avoid tight jeans or restrictive clothing if possible.
How long is a session?+
Initial sessions are typically 75–90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 60 minutes. We never rush — your system sets the pace.
Do I need a referral?+
No referral is needed. You can book directly through my online booking system.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?+
That's completely fine. Book an initial session and we'll work out together what your body needs. Most sessions blend multiple modalities anyway.
Can I bring someone with me?+
Yes, if having someone in the room helps you feel safer, they're welcome to sit in.
