How I Work

The GROUND Method™

The GROUND Method™ is the map I return to in every session and program.

It keeps us moving at the pace of your nervous system, not the pace of panic, productivity culture or self-criticism.

The GROUND Method™ Explained

Sinead walks through each step of the GROUND Method™ and how it guides every session.

GROUND at a glance

G

Grounding

We start by helping your body feel physically supported and present – through breath, contact and simple movements.

R

Regulation

We work with your nervous system's up-and-down shifts so you have more options than just "all on" or "all off".

O

Observation

Together we notice patterns without judgment: posture, breath, tension, emotional themes and what your body does under stress.

U

Unravel

Using the tools that fit you best, we gently unwind what your system is ready to release – nothing more, nothing less.

N

Nourish

We support your system with rest, resources and small practices that actually fit into your life.

D

Deepen

Over time, we integrate these shifts so they become part of how you move, choose and relate – not just something that happens on the table.

Grounding in nature – calm beach landscape

"Grounding isn't a technique. It's a way of being with yourself — slowly, honestly, without rushing to the next thing."

— Sinead Kelly

In single sessions

Even in one-off sessions, we'll move loosely through GROUND: settling first, then exploring, then gently shifting and integrating. You don't need to remember the steps – they just give us a compass.

Over 12 months

In the GROUND Method™ program, we have space to revisit each phase in more depth. There is room for your nervous system to practice new patterns slowly, with support.
